Develop of Multiple Hemoclip and Estimation in Vitro

Abstract

|
Recently, minimally invasive surgery is preferred. Hemoclips which enters through an endoscope in order to stop bleeding in the abdominal cavity are verified in many cases. Existing hemoclips are disposable or clip reloadable type thus in order to use them multiple times the whole system should be removed once and insert new one every time. It is not convenient and takes long time. In order to compensate this, we developed multiple hemoclip and had experiment. The result shows that there is benefit of operation time. To shorten operation time reduces burden of both of doctor and patient and blood lose with fast hemostasis and fast surgical progress.
